Net One International, Inc. is an integrated
communications provider (ICP) primarily serving ethnic
communities in the US and Western Europe. Net One was
created from two predecessors that have marketed
telecommunications services for major telecommunication
companies in the US generating over 35,000 new customers
per month. Net One operates a 120-seat call center in
