General Manager - Business Development
This is a career position with country-wide responsibility for marketing and sales reporting to the CEO. You will be responsible for revenue and profit targets for the company. To be selected for this career position, you must:
- Be an MBA from IBA or LUMS, with at least 4-5 years of experience
- Possess strong leadership skills and be a team player
- Have excellent people management skills
- Possess outstanding relationship management skills
- Be superb in communication skills (speaking, writing, listening, presentation and negotiation skills)
- Possess quick learning abilities
- Have good contacts in the corporate and public sector entities
- Have an in depth knowledge of the IT and Telecom industry
- Have demonstrable track record of success in selling and marketing technology based services

Business Development Manager (2 for Karachi, 2 for Lahore and 2 for Islamabad
This is a career position with business sector responsibility for marketing and sales reporting to the General Manager – Business Development. You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets for marketing and sales of services in your assigned business sector. To be selected for this career position, you must:
- Be an MBA from IBA or LUMS, with at least 1-2 years of experience
- Possess leadership skills and be a team player
- Have some experience of people management (preferred)
- Possess good relationship management skills
- Have demonstrable strength in communication skills (speaking, writing, listening, presentation and negotiation skills)
- Have good comprehension of IT and Telecom products and services
- Have high potential for marketing and selling of services
- Have some experience of marketing and selling technology based services
- Preferably have some experience of selling internet service business
- Be an energetic and self motivating individual willing to take challenges with a mind set where failure drives your for greater success
