The Reseller will have a PC in which at least Windows 98 is installed & Internet Explorer 5.5 is running as Internet Browser.

The Reseller will be issued a User ID, Password and a URL address for On-Line Account Activation.

The Reseller will be issued an Internet Account “Free of Cost”, which could only be used for On-Line Account Activation.

The Resellers will be solely responsible for maintaining secrecy of it’s User ID & Password and is advised to change it on Daily Basis.

The Reseller will be solely responsible for all the transactions of its account.

To ensure Account Security, the Reseller is advised to verify its Credit Balance before/after every transaction.

It is advised to immediately create New/Refresh account after allocation of slip. In case if it’s not done, Reseller must clear its Browser Cache History and take print out of Slip Allocated Page and keep it in to safe custody.

WorldTel will not be responsible for any mistake occurred during account creation process.

If for any reason, any inaccuracy in transaction is found, you are advised to contact WorldTel’s concerned person for immediate rectification.

WorldTel reserves the right to block any package anytime for Reseller’s allocation if deemed necessary.

The Resellers must place all POS (Point of Sale) material provided by WorldTel.

The Reseller is not authorized to sell WorldTel’s packages below or above Standard Prices set by WorldTel.

WorldTel will only receive payment in the form of Cash/Cross Cheque/Credit Card ONLY.

WorldTel will monitor Reseller’s performance from time to time in terms of Fast & Efficient Service, Customer Care, Number of Accounts Sold and Payment History.

Any Special Promotional Campaign with a particular Reseller will not be subject to these Terms & Conditions.

A few of the above-mentioned Terms & Conditions are not applicable to the Resellers who will not be using On-Line Billing.

The Reseller would be eligible for "X" % Commission on all packages.
