Mr. Nasir Ali Shah Bukhari - Chairman

Mr. Nasir Ali Shah Bukhari has over 22 years of experience in Investment banking and Securities trading. Mr. Nasir is the Chairman of KASB Group. KASB Group has diversified business, mainly focusing on Financial and IT sector. As a chairman of KASB Group, Mr. Bukhari is responsible for directing overall group strategy.

Mr. Nasir has been a Director of the Karachi Stock Exchange where he was responsible for facilitating automated trading; and Director of the Pakistan-Turkey Business Committee of Pakistan's Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Nasir's current activities/memberships include: Chairman- Privatization Commission, The Government of Sindh Pakistan, Chapter Chair (Asia) of the Young President's Organization; Advisor to OneChem (a US-based integrated and Web enabled portal of the global chemical industry); Member of the Board of Governors of Karachi Institute of Information & Technology, International University of Management & Economics and a member of the Overseas Pakistanis Task Force of the Ministry of Finance. Mr. Nasir devotes considerable voluntary time towards eradicating illiteracy. He is a frequent speaker at international seminars and conferences. As a chairman of KASB Group, Mr. Bukhari is heading KASB Bank, KASB Securities, KASB Technology Services Limited, KASB Leasing and KASB IT.

Mr. Nasir graduated from the Government College of Commerce and Economics in Karachi and has attended professional finance and management courses at Wharton, Yale, and MIT.
