We seek individuals with good communication skills who stand out in challenging situations.
Customer Relationship Agents
We require a team of young energetic, self motivated customer relationship agents to function call center operations round the clock.
Job Description
- Understand and resolve customer queries on phone.
- Promote online consumer banking products and services.
- Telemarketing.
- Control and manage call data on daily basis.
- Making monthly product reports.
Requirements
- Graduate.
- Experience is not a must as selected candidates will go through extensive in house training.
- Good communications skills in English and Urdu.
- Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
